On Thursday, May 22nd, we will return to the Catawba Island Club for our Annual Meeting. Doors will open at 6:30 with a social hour. At 7:15 we will have a brief business meeting followed by remarks and presentations. The Annual Meeting will have both an in-person and a remote (Zoom) option. We hope you plan to attend one or both of these meetings. 

Advance registration is closed for the 2025 meeting at Catawba Island Club. If you plan to join us, please register on site at the Catawba Island Club. Registration begins at 6:30 in the Pavilion. Note that parking is located at the pickleball court and gravel lot (across from the golf shop). Shuttles will be available to bring all guests to the Pavilion. The weather is a bit cooler this year, but the pavilion is temperature controlled. We will have snacks available and non-alcoholic drinks. A cash bar is available for those who prefer alcohol.
